  • All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • Product availability is subject to change, and we may discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • We accept Credit cards and PayPal.
  • Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
  • Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping through Australia Post. 
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including images, logos, and product descriptions on Art of Foil, is the property of Art of Foil and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
